Vitamix: My Favorite Arthritis Diet Tool!
To help with my arthritis diet - which includes tons of fresh fruits and vegetables, I use a VitaMix. It's absolutely my favorite kitchen tool. I use it everyday - usually multiple times a day. I used to make my morning smoothie in a standard blender, but was always frustrated by the amount of time it took to blend up the frozen berries, and there were always big chunks of fruit left in the bottom of my glass that the blender had missed.
